Description
A quick and easy milk drink that will leave you satisfied. Great for a quick breakfast. This can also be made with 2 cups of baby spinach.
Ingredients
- 2-¼ cups Cold Milk
- 1-½ cup Chopped Kale
- 3 whole Large Ripe Bananas, Cut Into Chunks
- 3 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
