The smoothie I’m sharing today is made using baby kale leaves with other ingredients. It’s a super-healthy and easy recipe. And it’s blended so there is no pulp.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Baby Kale Leaves
- 1 whole Peach, Fresh (Pitted), Frozen Or Canned
- 4 Tablespoons Your Favorite Fat-free Plain Yogurt
- 8 whole Almonds
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend together into a smooth mixture. Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a serving glass. Enjoy.
