Description
Grilled avocados turn into a buttery soft spread. Perfect as an appetizer or in the morning with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 1 dash Coarse Salt
- 1 dash Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Preheat grill.
Drizzle olive oil over avocado halves. Place face down on grill. Let cook 3–5 minutes and remove. Scoop out avocados using a spoon and then slice.
Take a piece of toast and place a several avocado slices on the toast. Using a knife, gently smash and spread avocados. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
