    Description

    A quick, healthy guacamole dip that is so creamy and smooth and has just a little bit of spice!

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Avocado, No Seed Or Skin
    • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
    • 3 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
    • 2 Tablespoons Jalapeno, Seeded, Diced Small
    • 3 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
    • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
    • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
    • ½ teaspoons Cumin, Ground
    • 1 dash Salt

    Preparation

    Add all your ingredients to a mini food processor or mix by hand and blend until smooth and all flavors are incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
