    Description

    A healthier and lower fat version of the classic Indian smoothie.

    Ingredients

    • 1-½ cup Mango Pulp (or Mango Nectar If Pulp Is Unavailable)
    • ½ cups Nontfat Greek Yogurt
    • ½ cups Light Soy Milk
    • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
    • ¼ teaspoons Rose Water (optional)

    Preparation

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Optional/additonal ingredients: bananas, pineapple or other fruit; chia seeds; Splenda or sugar if the pulp/nectar is not sweet enough.
