Description
This recipe for Cannoli Dip is a new recipe I recently tried for a couple of holiday parties I attended and it was a huge hit! You have to give this fast and easy sweet dip a try.
Ingredients
- 7-½ ounces, weight Part Skim Milk Ricotta
- ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt (I Used Fat Free)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (I Used Reduced Fat)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Frozen Whipped Topping (I Used Light)
- ½ cups Mini Chocolate Chips (plus More For Garnish, If Desired)
Preparation
In the bowl of a food processor, combine ricotta, yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the whipped topping and then mini chocolate chips (reserve a few to sprinkle on top).
Serve completely chilled.
