    Description

    This delicious tropical smoothie is full of superfoods like pineapple, coconut milk, banana, and Greek yogurt.

    Ingredients

    • 16 ounces, weight Frozen Pineapple
    • 2  Bananas
    • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    • ½ cups Coconut Milk
    • ½ cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseed (optional)

    Preparation

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture is thick, creamy and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
