Get your greens for breakfast! A healthy smoothie that will keep you satisfied all morning!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Kale Leaves, Torn
- ½ cups Blueberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt (heaping)
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Oats
- ½ whole Banana, Sliced
- ¼ cups Milk (cow, Soy, Your Choice!)
- 1 teaspoon Honey, Or More To Taste
- 4 whole Ice Cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, making sure that the kale and oats are pureed. Enjoy! Optional add-ins include ground flax seed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, you name it!
