Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- 2 whole Strawberries
- 1 cup Kale
- 60 grams Zucchini
- ½ whole Banana
- 40 grams Sliced Cucumber
- 30 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 whole Strawberry
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut
- ½ Tablespoons Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Oats
Preparation
Add all smoothie ingredients (strawberries, kale, zucchini, cucumber, banana, hemp seeds, and dairy-free milk) to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Transfer everything to a bowl. Add all of the topping ingredients
