Description

The easiest and most versatile marinade for grilled chicken! Simple ingredients and gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Whisk all the ingredients together and place in a resealable bag. Salt chicken and then place it in and marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight—the longer the better!

Grill! If you want to grill chicken breast, just preheat grill to medium heat for 10 minutes and then cook chicken breast for 5–7 minutes each side until 165ºF in the center.

Note: Makes enough for about 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast.
