Description
Key Lime Pie Martinis: the creamy, limey, tropical taste of a key lime pie all wrapped up into a sippable drink. Don’t forget the graham cracker crust!
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers, For Rimming Glasses
- Lime Wheel, For Garnish
- 1 ounce, fluid Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
- 1 ounce, fluid KeKe Beach Key Lime Liqueur
- 2 ounces, fluid Pineapple Juice
- ½ Lime, Juiced
Preparation
Pulse graham crackers in a food processor, transfer to a plate. Rim a martini glass with a lime wedge and dip in crushed graham crackers. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Combine vodka, lime liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into prepared martini glass.
