Ingredients
- 3 cups Chopped Cantaloupe
- 4 teaspoons Honey
- 6 leaves Mint, Plus More For Garnish
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 10 cubes Ice
- 1 cup Water
- 4 whole Kiwis Peeled And Cut In Round Shape (Reserve 2 Slices For Garnish)
Preparation
Combine chopped cantaloupe, honey, mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes, water and kiwi (leaving 2 slice for garnish) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour in a glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi (or cantaloupe) and mint.
