Description
A delicious martini that tastes like liquid lemon meringue pie. only boozier.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Limoncello
- 1 ounce, fluid Galliano Liqueur
- 3 ounces, fluid Pineapple Juice
- 1 slice Lemon (to Garnish)
Preparation
Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice, until chilled. Pour into a large martini glass, garnish with lemon. Sometimes, if I’m feeling really fancy and want to wow my guests, I’ll make little meringues to float on the top. This cocktail is delish!
