Description

Fresh mango with a little heat and pops of flavor and color.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Seeded And Finely Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Cumin

Preparation

Peel, pit and dice the mango. If fresh mango is unavailable, use 2 cups of frozen.

Combine mango, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a medium sized bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil and seasonings. Pour over mango mixture and stir to combine. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until needed. Best if made 1 hour in advance.
