Description
This afternoon pick-me-up uses healthy matcha powder along with mango, ginger for a little kick, and Greek yogurt for protein and body. It tastes like dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Matcha
- ¾ cups Water
- ¾ cups Frozen Mango Chunks
- ½ cups Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
- ½ teaspoons Minced Or Grated Fresh Ginger
- ½ Tablespoons Honey (adjust Sweetener To Taste)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: The ginger flavor in this is subtle, so feel free to add more if you’d like.
