A healthy morning milkshake.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Strong Brewed Coffee
- ¼ cups Almond Milk, Or Milk Alternative
- 5 whole Ice Cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Nesquik (or Alternative Sugar Free Chocolate Powder Mix)
- ½ cups Cottage Cheese (fat Free)
Preparation
1. Combine coffee, almond milk, ice cubes, Nesquik and cottage cheese in a blender.
2. Blend for about 25 seconds or until ice cubes are no longer chunky.
3. Pour into cup of choice and drink!
