Mushroom and Asparagus Frittata

    Description

    The perfect breakfast or brunch treat that involves no flipping.

    Ingredients

    • 6 whole Eggs
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
    • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
    • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
    • ½ cups Mushrooms, Sliced
    • ¼ cups Asparagus Chopped
    • ¼ cups Green Onions, Chopped
    • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Diced
    • 1 cup Cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

    In a large bowl beat the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and asparagus. Pour into an 11×7 inch baking dish. Top with the green onions, bacon and cheese.

    Bake for 25–30 minutes. Insert a butter knife and if it comes out clean, the dish is done.
