This is a perfect dip for a game day treat or heck, make it any day for a treat!
Ingredients
- 1 box (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed , Drained Liquid Squeezer Out
- 1 can (13 3/4 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Unmarinated, Chopped
- ¼ cups Light Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Light Sour Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 package (2 Oz. Size) Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Place in an oven proof baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with warm with chips, crackers or toasted French bread for dipping.
