Simple, flavorful and amazing snacks are really the best for a late afternoon pick me up or after school nosh. These Parmesan herb roasted cashews fit the bill perfectly with their wonderful, salty crunch!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Cashews
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoons Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoons Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoons Dried Tarragon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a sheet tray with a silicone mat.
Combine cashews, olive oil, Parmesan, and dried herbs together in a bowl and stir it all together well to make sure cashews are coated. Spread coated cashews out in a single layer on the sheet tray and roast for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately for a yummy snack!
