Description
This delicious salsa is best made with seasonal fresh fruit. Great with grilled chicken, fish, or any seafood.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Watermelon, Seedless, Diced
- 1 whole Ripe Peach, Pitted, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed
- ½ whole Red Onion, Diced
- ½ Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- ½ teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
Preparation
Note: This is best refrigerated an hour before serving.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, gently stir again.
