Yum! Peanut butter, yogurt and cinnamon make a great dip. And it’s healthy too!

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter, Or Other Nut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Fat, Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt, Greek Works Too

Preparation

Mix everything in a little dish and dip away!
