Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter, Or Other Nut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Low Fat, Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt, Greek Works Too
Preparation
Mix everything in a little dish and dip away!
