Mmmm! Pina Coladas ready to go in your freezer! It makes a lot! So gather your friends!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Water, Divided
- 15 ounces, fluid Can Cream Of Coconut
- 46 ounces, fluid Can Pineapple Juice
- 2 cans Frozen Pina Colada Mix (10 Ounce Cans, Bacardi Brand Is Great, Thawed)
- 2 cups To 3 Cups Light Or Malibu Rum
- 1 bottle Sprite (2 Liter Bottle)
Preparation
Combine 1 cup of water and the cream of coconut in a large plastic container (like an ice cream bucket). Stir until smooth. Add remaining 2 cups of water, pineapple juice, thawed pina colada mix (not diluted!) and rum. Stir until blended. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours, stirring twice.
To serve: Combine equal amounts of frozen mix and Sprite. Stir well. Serve immediately. Store remaining mix in freezer until ready to use. Enjoy!
