This easy Pineapple Crush Drink is party perfect with its beautiful colors and sweet pineapple cherry flavor. It takes just minutes to fix and it perfect for patio parties and holiday celebrations like Valentine’s Day and Easter Sunday.
Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Cut Into Large Chunks (Cut 8 Small Pieces For Garnish)
- 1 cup Vodka
- 2 cups Ice, Plus More To Serve
- 1 jar (4 Oz. Size) Maraschino Cherries
Preparation
Place pineapple, vodka and ice in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes or until blended.
Pour over ice. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice to each glass. The more cherry juice you add, the sweeter it will be. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries on toothpicks or skewers.
