Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 1-½ cup Pineapple
- 1-½ cup Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ¼ teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Preparation
Quarter the apple and pear and remove stems and seeds. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
