Description

This refreshing green smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory goodness. Sweet tropical flavors with a kick from the ginger and turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1  Apple
  • 1  Pear
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1-½ cup Pineapple
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Preparation

Quarter the apple and pear and remove stems and seeds. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
