Description
Easy pumpkin peanut butter oat no-bake bars with a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 5 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
- ½ cups Butter
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Milk
- ¼ cups Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ½ cups Chocolate Chips
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Preparation
In a medium sauce pan, bring pumpkin puree, butter, brown sugar, and milk to a rolling boil. Boil for at least 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until peanut butter is thoroughly mixed. Add oats and stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips.
Line a 9×5 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture evenly into bottom of pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove and cut into 12 bars. Enjoy!
