This is a dairy-free smoothie fueled with healthy fat from coconut and antioxidants from these vibrant fruits.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Fresh Or Frozen Pineapple
- ½ cups Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
- ½ cups Liquid Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk (the Thick Part, Not Watery)
Preparation
Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until there are no chunks remaining.
Note: You may add more liquid coconut milk if you prefer your smoothie to be thinner, or more canned coconut milk for a thicker smoothie.
