- 2 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 4 pieces Roasted Red Peppers (from A Jar), Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Or Basil, Roughly Chopped
Preparation
1. Place sliced mozzarella on a plate and top with the roasted peppers.
2. Drizzle oil and vinegar on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top off with fresh parsley or basil.
