Description
A thick and creamy dip that’s full of shrimp flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Tiny Shrimp, Drained And Rinsed
- ⅓ cups Finely Chopped Green Onion
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoons To 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt, To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Set aside a few nice whole shrimp (for garnish), then chop up the rest. Also set aside a little bit of the chopped green onion.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Then stir in chopped shrimp, green onion, and garlic salt. Transfer dip to a small serving bowl and top with reserved whole shrimp and green onions. Sprinkle a bit of freshly ground black pepper over the top. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Serve with crackers and/or veggies.
