Description
For a hint of zippy mustard flavor, try this marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- ½ cups White Wine Vinegar
- 8 whole Scallions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Snipped
- 2 Tablespoons Celery, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Zatarain’s Creole Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Paprika
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 pounds Large Shrimp
Preparation
In a bowl, blend all the ingredients except the shrimp. Set aside.
Steam shrimp in lightly salted water. Shell and devein. Pour sauce over shrimp and marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
Serve shrimp on a bed of lettuce. You may also marinate artichokes or mushrooms with the shrimp.
