Yum! Nothing says Spring like a refreshing homemade smoothie! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries, Halved
  • 2 whole Bananas
  • ½ cups Raspberries
  • 12 ounces, weight Yogurt, Lowfat
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 16 ounces, weight Ice

Preparation

Remove the leaves from the strawberries, and slice in half. Place them into your blender. Then add in the banana, raspberries (and any other fruit you would like), yogurt and milk. Puree until smooth. Then add in the ice and pulse until broken up, then puree until smooth and creamy. Pour into 8 ounce glasses. This recipe made 3 8 ounce glasses.
