Description
A simple blended coffee recipe spiked with caramel Irish cream and hazelnut liqueur for the perfect summertime treat.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Ice Cubes
- 2 cups Strongly Brewed Coffee, Chilled
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- ⅓ cups Bailey’s Caramel Irish Cream
- ⅓ cups Frangelico (hazelnut Liqueur)
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ½ cups Heavy Cream
- ¾ cups Whipped Cream, For Garnish
Preparation
In a blender, process ice, coffee, sugar, Bailey’s and Frangelico and ground cinnamon until smooth. Pour mixture into a serving pitcher (or individual mugs).
Stir in cream and garnish.
