Easy to make and full of flavor, these crispy Spinach and Brie Bites are loaded with fresh spinach, creamy brie and strawberry jam!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 4 Creamy Brie Wedges
- 12 RITZ® Crackers
- 12 teaspoons Strawberry Jam
Preparation
In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add spinach and cook until it wilts slightly, about 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate.
Spread 1 teaspoon of brie onto each cracker. Place 2 spinach leaves on top of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of jam. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
