Spinach Dip From Scratch. A delicious healthy version of a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Dried Onion Flakes
- ¼ teaspoons Turmeric (If You Prefer A White Dip Omit This.)
- 1-½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 3 whole Carrots, Shredded
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Water Chestnuts, Drained And Chopped
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Squeezed Dry
- ¾ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- For Serving: Sliced Crusty Sourdough Bread, Crackers And Desired Vegetables
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix until well combined. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with crusty sourdough bread, crackers and desired vegetables.
