A Thanksgiving leftover recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Leftover Stuffing
- ¼ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan, Extra For Sprinkling
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Extra For Drizzling
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 24 whole Mushroom Caps, Cleaned
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients (except mushroom caps) in a medium-size bowl. Stuff the mixture into 24 button mushroom caps. Top with more Parmesan and olive oil. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 F. Serve hot.
