Super Easy Shortcut Hummus

Description

The best hummus ever with just two ingredients! Make a batch of lemon tahini dressing first, then add chick peas and presto, hummus!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans, Lightly Drained
  • ¾ cups Tahini Dressing (also In My Recipe Box!)
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt, Plus More If Needed, Depends On Your Garbanzos

Preparation

Combine the garbanzo beans, water, salt, and dressing in a food processor. Process for 3-5 minutes until very smooth. Taste and add more salt, water, or tahini sauce if you’d like.

This can also be made with storebought tahini sauce, so easy and yummy!

Note: To maximize my food processor time, I make the lemon tahini dressing first, then scoop it into a jar and add the garbanzos/other ingredients right in the food processor. Then I’m left with extra dressing and hummus but only have to wash the food processor once!
