Description
A delicious and refreshing smoothie that combines a mix of Asian and berry flavors! Take a sip, close your eyes and you will be whisked away to a tropical Asian vacation.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Strawberries (frozen Or Fresh)
- 1-½ cup Blueberries (frozen Or Fresh)
- ½ whole Banana, Peeled
- 1-½ cup Milk (any Type)
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (Nonfat Or Greek)
- ½ cups Black Sesame Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If needed, add a tad more liquid to get desired consistency.
Feel free to add honey or almonds if you want to boost the flavor! Otherwise, enjoy.
Note: If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes to make sure it’s cold enough.
