Description

Creamy and flavorful hummus. It is an easy and healthy snack that is perfect on a sandwich, with carrot sticks or even on a spoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Pesto (homemade Or Store Bought)
  • 1-½ teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper

Preparation

In a food processor, combine beans, pesto and lemon juice. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes. If you find it too thick, you can add water starting at a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
