Greek Yogurt Pancakes are prefect in so many ways. A healthy clean slate for whatever flavor combination you’re feeling like.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- ½ cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Preparation
Combine the Greek yogurt and egg until creamy. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda.
Mix the wet with the dry and stir until the batter is just combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the pancakes as you would any other.
