Healthy (yet thick) pancakes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
Preparation
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, scramble the egg, then add the milk and the oil. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Pour into a greased pan and cook the pancakes.
