Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Watermelon, Cubed
- ½ whole Red Onion, Very Finely Sliced
- ½ teaspoons Sea Or Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add watermelon cubes, onion slices, salt, and honey. Stir gently to combine.
Plate and serve immediately. This is a delicious cold salad on a hot summer afternoon. It doesn’t get better than this!
