Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semolina
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½  Cabbage, Finely Chopped
  • 1 cube Butter
  • 2 slices Bread, Or As Desired
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil, Or As Needed
  • 1  Tomato, Chopped For Garnish (optional)
  • 1  Onion, Chopped, For Garnish (optional)
  • Tomato Ketchup, To Serve

Preparation

1. First make a paste of semolina and milk. Add salt and red chilli powder to it. Set it aside for 5 minutes.

2. Now add finely chopped cabbage to this paste, mix thoroughly. Ensure that the paste is thick.

3. Spread butter on the bread first (you can use as many slices of bread as you want), then spread this paste on it.

4. Heat oil and cook this bread until cabbage turns brown. Cook both sides of bread.

5. You can garnish this with chopped tomato and onions, if desired.

7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
