A healthy smoothie, packed with fiber and high in antioxidants. Perfect to jump start the day on a gloomy day.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Peeled And Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cups Oats
  • ¼ cups Icecubes

Preparation

Cut up banana into chunks. Add it and the rest of the ingredients into a blender. Blitz until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
