Ingredients

  • 500ml water
  • Agar agar 1g
  • Brown sugar syrup to taste
  • Toasted soybean meal

Instructions

    1. Bring the water and agar agar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
    2. Remove from the heat after the first boil, let it cool for a few minutes, then divide the mixture into 4 hemispherical molds 8 cm in diameter and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with toasted soy flour and brown sugar syrup.
