Ingredients
- 500ml water
- Agar agar 1g
- Brown sugar syrup to taste
- Toasted soybean meal
Instructions
- Bring the water and agar agar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat after the first boil, let it cool for a few minutes, then divide the mixture into 4 hemispherical molds 8 cm in diameter and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with toasted soy flour and brown sugar syrup.
