Ingredients
- 100 gr of almonds
- Water
- 150 gr of dried apricots
- 1 sachet of green tea
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
Instructions
- Place the almonds in a bowl and cover with water. Soak the bowl overnight, covered with a cloth.
- This step makes the almonds more digestible while also leaving our mixture creamy.
- Energy Balls with Apricot, Green Tea, and Coconut Drain the almonds and crush them in a food processor. Mash again with the apricots and tea.
- Energy Balls with Apricot, Green Tea, and Coconut Hand-roll into balls (about the amount of 1 tsp)
