Ingredients

  • 100 gr of almonds
  • Water
  • 150 gr of dried apricots
  • 1 sachet of green tea
  • 3 tbsp grated coconut

Instructions

    1. Place the almonds in a bowl and cover with water. Soak the bowl overnight, covered with a cloth.
    2. This step makes the almonds more digestible while also leaving our mixture creamy.
    3. Energy Balls with Apricot, Green Tea, and Coconut Drain the almonds and crush them in a food processor. Mash again with the apricots and tea.
    4. Energy Balls with Apricot, Green Tea, and Coconut Hand-roll into balls (about the amount of 1 tsp)
