Instructions
- Boiled fish is a simple dish that is quick to prepare and light because it is cooked fish that does not absorb fat. I take it when I'm on a diet, sometimes alone and sometimes with cooked vegetables or a poached egg, as I recommend doing in this boiled fish recipe.
- To begin making boiled fish, combine the following ingredients in a saucepan: a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, onion, cloves, bay leaf, pepper (to taste), lemon juice, fish fillet, and enough water to cover everything.
- We place it over the fire and leave it to simmer so that the fish does not crumble while cooking. Your cooked fish will be ready in a few minutes.
- Remove the boiled fish from the water, place it on a plate, and top with a poached egg and a little caviar substitute if desired.
