- 25 cl of fresh cream
- 100 gr of cheddar
- 50 gr of Emmental (grated)
- In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Mix in the Emmental until completely dissolved
- Tacos with Cheese Sauce Combine the cheddar and pepper in a mixing bowl (to taste). Stir once more until the cheese is completely melted. Blend the sauce at this point to make it smooth and homogeneous.
