Coconut lemonade


Throughout the summer, I received emails from readers inquiring about the Coconut Lemonade sold in Cartagena. I have the recipe for you after some phone calls to Colombia.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 2 1/2 cups of crushed ice
- The juice of 3 large lemons
- 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve right away and enjoy.
