Ingredients
- 400 g of boneless chicken breast or thighs
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of powdered or fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Remove the chicken breasts' bones and any fatty parts, then cut them into fairly regular cubes
- Finely chop the garlic and combine it with the yogurt, lemon juice, spices, tomato paste, oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- After the marinating time is up, drain the skewers and place them on the grill or in a nonstick pan to cook. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the cubes, turning halfway through. Serve hot, with Arab bread, garlic sauce, and tomatoes to taste.
