Ingredients

  • Mele 450 gr
  • 00 flour 250 gr
  • Seed oil 80 ml
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 150 gr
  • Yeast for cakes 16 gr
  • Whole milk 90 ml
  • Untreated lemon 2
  • Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

    1. When you're ready to make the apple pie, peel the fruit first, then cut it into thin slices and dip it in water and lemon. The recipe is completed by separating the yolks from the whites. Whisk in a little water and sugar to the egg yolks
    2. Grate some lemon peel, taking care not to use the white part. Continue to mix in a pinch of salt. Continue mixing after adding the oil. Mix in the sifted solid ingredients, followed by the flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold them into the batter.
    3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and arrange the apples on top, dried with a radial cloth.
    4. Sprinkle with sugar, and if desired, sugar and cinnamon.
    5. For about 40 minutes, bake at 190°F in a static oven.
